Cavour is a Norway-based shop that sells high-end makers from Finamore to Orazio Luciano to Ring Jacket to Edward Green. They also have a full range of house label goods including jackets, trousers, shirts, ties and shoes.
They haven’t been on my radar a ton until just recently, when I noticed how insane of a value their house label tailoring appears to be: made-in-Naples, full canvas tailoring for under $800 retail. And just yesterday, they began their seasonal sale, taking jackets down in to the $500-600 range. I asked for a jacket on loan to review, and they agreed (and are also sending some trousers and a shirt), so look for that article coming soon.
In the meantime, the return policy is outstanding: free 2-day DHL international shipping on orders over $250 (it’s $15 for purchases under that amount), and return shipping is free as well (with the exception of goods that are discounted by 50% or more on sale, in which case the return label costs $20).
So take a look at their sale selection. Besides that outfit I’m having them send, I was eyeing their Finamore shirts on sale, their Valstarino jackets (for the best price I’ve seen anywhere), and their colorful house-label scarves.
