For Sale—Eidos Tenero Summer Suit, Size 52R

Here’s an excellent hemp-wool blend summer suit. Tenero cut from Eidos in the Ciongoli era. So, soft, lightweight full canvas garment with a 3-roll-2 closure, moderate-width lapels, soft shoulder with the “spalla camicia” construction and grinze. In short, a Neapolitan jacket. For a breakdown of the main cuts Eidos made in their glory days, check out my post on Styleforum here. Trousers are a mid-rise, slim-straight cut with belt loops and an extended waistband closure. Note: the fabric tag says “camello,” but Ciongoli corrected that, saying it’s mis-identified when I posted it on Insta last year. It’s actually hemp/wool.

The jacket is tagged 54R, but fits like a 52R. The pants are tagged 52 (36US) and fit true to size. It works excellently as separates as you can see, which is primarily how I’ve worn the jacket. Very breathable and flowy, similar to how linen looks but doesn’t hold creases as much as linen.
