This shirt looks almost identical to one of my favorite cotton-linen stripe shirts from Proper Cloth, and in fact might be the same fabric, slightly remixed. Mine has a bit wider blue stripe, but the variation looks nearly identical.
As part of the Jort line, there is a pure linen blue-white stripe shirt in a similar look and feel. Pure linen makes it a bit more louche in practice, but nonetheless it looks fantastic and would be very stylish under, say, a blue double-breasted blazer.
