(Links below may be affiliate links that earn commission when you make a purchase—it’s how I am able to keep making this site and do fun coverage of events like Pitti Uomo. Thanks!)

I’ve put some time into updating the links to my summer-weight tailoring on the Shop My Closet. Go check it out now, and come back as I’ll be updating the other categories as items keep being released for the warmer months.

I also updated my omnibus post about tobacco / cigar linen. So far this very early Spring, tobacco is making a showing in full force from many of my favorite retailers. Cavour has a tobacco linen suit in a somewhat lighter variation, Natalino has separates in Spence Bryson’s slightly more red-leaning color, Spier & Mackay is doing one with a twist in the form of a more golden color with a DB jacket, Besnard has tobacco linen trousers (though no matching jacket yet to be released), and The Armoury slides into the conversation with a linen-wool mix tobacco suit that we’ll count simply because we like them and because it’s a much darker color to complement the lighter shades on offer from everybody else.

If you love my content, please consider supporting me and help me get to next Pitti!

(If you buy stuff through my links, your clicks and purchases earn me a commission from many of the retailers I feature, and it helps me sustain this site—as well as my menswear habit ;-)  Thanks!)

Shop my clothing from this post and every other post on the Shop My Closet page. If you’re just getting into tailored menswear and want a single helpful guide to building a trend-proof wardrobe, buy my eBook. It doesn’t cost that much and covers wardrobe essentials for any guy who wants to look cool, feel cool and make a good impression. Formatted for your phone or computer/iPad so it’s not annoying to read, and it’s full of pretty pictures, not just boring prose. Buy it here.

Drake’s vs. Spier & Mackay OCBDs—What I Love About Each

Here's what I love about two OCBDs in my closet—one from Drake's (MSRP $295), one from Spier & Mackay (MSRP $68).
