Black Friday 2021 Sales List

It’s time to spend those inflationary dollars on sweet, sweet clothing, folks. So far this season I’ve primarily put time and energy into posts about sweet outerwear, the surprisingly broad casual selection at Spier & Mackay, watch content, cashmere sweaters and sale alerts (lots of sale alerts).

So obviously I’m going to be linking to those shops again. Many shops have already begun their sales, but I’ll update this page as I become aware of sales beginning.

Spier & MackayBF2021 for up to 20% off sitewide. Those cashmere sweaters are 15% off, bringing them down to $134. The rest of my picks for this season are here.

Brooks Brothers—25% off mostly everything. 40% 0ff 4 or more shirts. Sign up for texts for an extra 15% off.

No Man Walks Alone—25% off certain items, which are on the page linked to the left (not some of the latest drops) + get a $100 gift card for future purchases.

J.Crew—40% off (I handled these Nordic fleece pants in person and they are soft. I need new jammy pants, and I am strongly considering getting these despite my general dislike of jogger pants).

Polo Ralph Lauren—40% off when you spend $125+ (not including the DB coat like mine, unfortunately)

Proper Cloth—Free Shipping (they do this only a couple times per year). Use the link to the left for a discount on your first shirt if you’ve never made one with them before.

Todd Snyder—BLACKFRIDAY25 for 25% off things. There were a couple coats there I liked the look of linked on this page.

Oak Street Bootmakers—20-30% off everything. I owned a pair of their excellent camp moccasins and loved them before a random foot problem of mine made them uncomfortable (I’ll spare you the details). The shoes are great though.

Nordstrom—Up to 50% off a large selection of items. I’m looking at the North Face thermoball slippers for comfortable lounging this winter.

BombinateEXTRA15 for extra 15% off sales on a general selection of stuff (this company is the one which sells Ripa Ripa, a swimwear brand I’ve been keen on)

Meermin—Up to 40% off a selection of shoes. Beware, their customer service sucks. But my suede chukka boots are one of my most-worn pairs of shoes 5 years running.

eBay—10% off watches using code TIME2SAVE through 11/26 (to shop my personal watches check shop my closet; for other links check this post about great black dial steel sports watches)

Drop93—20% off everything (check out their selection of Ring Jacket! Read my post about Ring Jacket here)

Corridor NYC—25% off everything (my ripstop military jacket is from Corridor)

Mr Porter—30% off a selection of items, no code required

Carmina Shoemakers—Get a free matching belt with every shoe you buy

Hodinkee pre-owned watch shop—$250 off $5,000 | $500 off $5,000-10,000 | $1,000 off $10,000

Crown & Caliber—$300 off every watch

to be continued…
