Here's how it works:
For an Instagram-only sponsorship, $1,500 gets you 2 posts on the grid (video or carousels, whichever makes most sense for you) posted within a 10-day window.
For an ad in my email newsletter, you can book a 2-week slot for $1,000 or a month for $1,500.
For a paid post on my website, with original creative (photos, short video, etc.), it's $1,000 and that ad lives forever, giving advertisers the benefit of long-tail search (see an example here).
